Our Studio

We are on a journey towards prosperity for people and planet, and we continue to remain curious, innovate, listen, evolve, explore flexibility and freedom of choice, and measure our efforts by the core principle active and effective collaboration. 

​

Our principals, Riccardo Rizzalli and Rowan Hukins have a combined 50 plus years of experience in the design and delivery of projects for a range of the best Corporate and Private sector developers.  

​

Riccardo had a long and successful career at Mirvac, culminating in dual roles of National Design Lead and Development Executive for the Queensland development business. Riccardo is a highly accomplished Architect and Urban Designer and has been responsible for a large number of significant residential projects across Australia and internationally. 

Having been trained initially in small practice and then progressed through to large commercial practice with Mirvac Design, Rowan has gained unique and significant experience creating architecture and place that maximises economic, social and environmental outcomes.

Collectively the studios leverage their significant experience and history as members of integrated design teams within some of Australia’s premier property developers to deliver outcomes focused on people while still achieving our clients goals and building brand reputation through the communities and places we design.
